About RideLKA
RideLKA is a small booking service run by GG Services Limited (Hong Kong). The same team runs private-transfer services in Central Asia and Georgia (RideKG, RideKZ, RideGE); Sri Lanka is our winter destination, when the Central Asian mountains are under snow and the Sri Lankan south and west coasts are in season.
We do not own cars in Sri Lanka. Every trip is performed by a vetted local partner — a licensed tourist-transport operator and their drivers — and we act as booking agent: we fix the price, the car and the driver in writing, stay on WhatsApp during your trip and handle anything that goes wrong.
What we require from our partners in Sri Lanka
- Registered business with tourist-transport or travel-agency registration with the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA) where applicable
- Vehicles registered and insured for carrying passengers, air-conditioned, under about 10 years old
- Drivers with at least 5 years of driving experience and English; chauffeur-guides with a valid SLTDA licence
- Driver name, car and plate sent to you the evening before
