What we collect: the details you send in the booking form or WhatsApp — name, phone/WhatsApp, email, flight number, pickup address, trip details. We use them only to arrange and perform your trip.

Who receives them: the local carrier and driver performing your trip (name, phone, pickup details), our email provider (Resend) and messaging providers used to notify our dispatcher. We do not sell data.

Analytics: Google Analytics 4 with standard settings to count visits and form submissions.

Storage: booking records are kept up to 3 years for accounting and complaints, then deleted.

Your rights: ask us at hello@ridelka.com for a copy, correction or deletion of your data.
