The road
E03 and the Outer Circular Highway (E02) around Colombo onto the Southern Expressway (E01), exit towards the coast and the last 20–25 minutes on the Galle Road. All tolls are included.

- The south-west coast is in season roughly from December to April; from May to September the south-west monsoon brings rougher sea.
- Hotels in Beruwala and Aluthgama are on the same road, 10 minutes before Bentota — same price.
